I tried to hit up the Austin’s Brown’s Bar-B-que food truck last night, but it was already closed. Turned out ok since I went to a BBQ restaurant and ended up getting a beef rib, which was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

I made it to the food truck in time tonight and got this tasty sandwich with close to a pound of meat. I got a side of cabbage as well, but was disappointed the peach cobbler had already sold out.
