If you get a cheap salad spinner you can buy Romaine Hearts, wash them yourself, and spin dry. I did two hearts here which will make about 4 good size salads. It lasts longer in the fridge than buying salad by the bag.

Reminds me it’s time to replace our spinner. The inner part of the lids on all of them seem uncleanable and an invitingly moist environment for mold.

When I was doing P90X, I ate about a field’s worth of romaine salads. Had some steak in a salad just today.
