Combine graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate, and roasted marshmallows and you have a s’more. Mmmm! I was surprised to find out a lot of people outside of the United States have never heard of this delicious treat.

Really? I’ve never heard of that. Do you have to wait for the chocolate to melt before eating it? Seems like you’d have chocolate chips falling out all over the place.

It works really nicely, but I suspect we tend to use a lot less chocolate than you. Chocolate chips have a stable base, and you can also push them into the molten marshmallow. We make them in the oven far more than while camping.
