Used the Sleep Cycle app for 3 days. I think it’s a joke. I slept much better on days 2-3, but the chart shows little time in deep sleep.

Sleep Cycle
I tried out an iOS app called Sleep Cycle last night after learning about WakeMate from Lance and Matt. I didn’t sleep all that well and I was not sleeping at the end where the graph shows I was. It says it takes a few days to calibrate, so we’ll see.
