Survival Fitness swept the podium in the Men’s Beginner division at the Every Second Counts competition held at Oakland County CrossFit today. I finished second!

We had some pizza at the competition, but that was some mighty fine garlic bread on top of the mac n’ cheese. Stopped for ice cream too when we got back to town. 3 weeks of strict eating needed a break. 🙂
