A prescription steroid nose spray is helping me a little bit this year, after just relying on shelf anti-histamines for years until learning it probably isn’t good to use non-local solutions every day 😉 LikeLike Reply

Ah, this reminded me I had a Rx nasal spray from last year. Hopefully it helps.
