Went back to the neurologist today to get my test results. Everything came back normal from the MRI, MRA, and EEG.

Did the blood work up come back clear? Sounds to me like you had a little infection going.

Yup, blood work was done the night I went to the emergency room. Looks like it was a really bad migraine.
