Long Nights

I just can’t stay up late like I used to. A year or two ago, I could stay up until 12 or 1 in the morning and get up for work the next day without a problem. I can’t do that anymore. Last night I realized that I used to drink at least 5-6 cans/bottles of Mountain Dew a day. Now it’s a big week if I have 2 total. I also realized that I turn 25 in just over 2 weeks. Could that have something to do with it too?

  1. It might be relative to the amount of energy you spend per day. I sleep from 12am-8am on the weekends (except on Poker night) and feel fine. On weeknights I sleep from 1am-5am since I don’t expend any energy at work. πŸ˜‰
