May Contain Peanuts

PeanutsHave you ever looked at the wrapper of a Snickers bar or another candybar? They usually say “May contain peanuts” for whatever reason. Well, it looks like the airlines have taken it a step further with the little bags of peanuts that they give out on flights. Look at the last line of text in the image: “Produced in a facility that processes peanuts and other nuts.” Seriously…where would you expect a bag of peanuts to be produced? In a toilet paper factory?

  1. That is prolly on there because some idiot prolly tried to sue over the contents of the bag of peanuts you get on a flight. People need to get a life! We now have to waste money to label the most obvious things!!!

  2. I’ve seen that before. It’s so retarded. Here’s my little saying. They should take off all the safety labels and let the idiots sort themself out šŸ˜‰

  3. They have to do that due to some people having severe allergies to nuts. If you go into a high quality chocolate store you’ll see the same sign.

  4. I know why they put that on there, because of people that are allergic to peanuts, like me, but I don’t understand why they would put the warning on a bag of peanuts. But maybe they do it because some people may not know the difference between a peanut and some other nut….regardless of this, it sounds like you sure are busy since you have time to talk about peanut bags:lol:

  5. Yeah…but a Snickers better damn have peanuts…not “may contain peanuts”! It’s part of their advertisement for Christ’s sake.
