With a high in the low 60s, nothing was going to keep me off the golf course today. It will most likely be my last round of 2011, because it’s not too often we get to play in November.

If you get a cheap salad spinner you can buy Romaine Hearts, wash them yourself, and spin dry. I did two hearts here which will make about 4 good size salads. It lasts longer in the fridge than buying salad by the bag.

Last week in Budapest I had a glass of fresh green apple juice. It was one of the best drinks I ever had. Tonight I bought a juicer and two bags of Granny Smiths. It’s even better when you make it yourself.
