Did the Warrior Dash down in Mt. Morris, MI today. It was a 3.25 mile event with 13 obstacles. It was pretty easy, but a lot of fun. We took this photo after we cleaned up a bit. Should have some mud pictures in a couple of days.

The first event was a 10:00 AMRAP (as many reps as possible): Clean/Deadlift – HR Push-up ladder 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-?
