So sore. Can’t move.

While out-of-town for 9 days I did 11 CrossFit workouts, went on 3 runs of 3+ miles, and kayaked 2 miles 7 times. Feeling great!

My Dropcam was delivered today. Sweet little device.

Had a great week at the lake, but time to get home.

Finished reading Catching Fire. Wow, so good!

My 4th grade girlfriend is going to be on Project Runway.
