Paid water bill and hopefully fixed the auto pay account. Went to Charter and exchanged the DVR for a new one which hopefully won’t skip.

What’s that on my front door? A water shutoff notice for Friday the 22nd @ 1pm (still on). Auto payment fail. They should have called me.
