Needed an A record for the 1and1 subdomain. Impossible my ass!

After 30 minutes he tells me it’s not possible to use an external subdomain with 1and1. Bullshit!

1and1 support rep is clueless. I’ve been on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to get the CNAME I need to use for a subdomain.
