1 banana Handful of pineapple cubes 2 medium oranges 6oz Mixed Berry Yogurt – Yoplait Light Fat Free Skim milk Blend everything together and enjoy a healthy snack. I should have used some ice to cool it off, but chilled it in the fridge for 10 minutes instead.
