The Planet had an explosion last weekend in one of their data centers and my server happened to be in that area. The server was offline until yesterday.

Updated 5 blogs to WordPress 2.5.1, updated all of their plugins, and setup new secret keys. All in less than 10 minutes.

Just updated blogs to WordPress 2.5. Everything works well from what I can tell. I love the new automatic plugin updater.

Site moves went extremely smooth. DNS updates might still be going on around the world, but if you are reading this, you’re viewing the site on the new server.

One of my web sites is running off the new server and DNS is updating for several others. I’m hoping to get everything switched over before I leave for MacWorld on Sunday.

Dedicated server is finally setup. First admin ended up getting swamped and put off my work for a few weeks until finally referring me elsewhere. I’ll tackle it tomorrow and start getting the sites ready for transfer.
