I have a renewed excitement about the future lately and it’s all due to working out. I have more energy and I feel better about myself on both physical and mental levels. I’m getting more accomplished with my free time because I’m organized and I finally feel myself moving forward towards some of my goals. I’ve been stuck in the mud for too long.
