The local food trucks gather on Friday’s in Phoenix. I think I found my Friday lunch spot. Everything looked so good! Today Lance and I ate at Riteway Catering’s Taste Rite truck, where they offered Kool Aid for $1.00.

Homemade Green Apple Juice

Last week in Budapest I had a glass of fresh green apple juice. It was one of the best drinks I ever had. Tonight I bought a juicer and two bags of Granny Smiths. It’s even better when you make it yourself.
