Dessert Before Dinner?

Yes please! Paleo chocolate chip cookies.

I got this recipe from Kevin at the gym.

  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of finely chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix almond flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl mix honey, coconut oil, water, and vanilla. Combine all ingredients and then add the chocolate chips. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Bake 10-14 minutes.
