I’m working on a friends computer right now and the thing doesn’t even have a network card. I can’t remember the last time I saw a computer with only a modem. What did I get myself into?
What would you do in a world without clicking? Seems rather annoying to me.
Have you ever went to hit the Tab key and pressed T instead? I’ve been doing it quite a bit lately.
Everyone once in awhile my PC speakers will pick up what sounds like a walkie talkie or some kind of phone. How is this possible?

Recently I’ve been thinking about buying a Mac. An apple a day keeps the doctor away…right? Below are the prices I’ve come up with for a 15 inch PowerBook, 17 inch PowerBook, and Mac Mini. I’d much rather have a laptop, because I already have desktop with my Dell server. $2,500 is a lot of money though! One benefit is that I’ll be able to write the purchase off on taxes, so in reality the cost is about 25% less when it comes down to it.

I just finished rebuilding my computer. For the non-geeks, this means I erased everything on my computer and reinstalled Windows and all of the software. I only managed to forget to back up one thing, but it was a pretty big one. I forgot to make a copy of my poker history files, so I lost the last 5 months of statistics and record of my play. That’s over 50,000 hands of poker played online. Oh well, there’s nothing I can do about it now.
I hadn’t rebuilt my computer since I bought it 13 months ago, so it was well overdue. Over the past few months problems have been creeping up here and there, but that’s all gone now. I love working with a fresh install.

Need a faster computer? The Mach 5 should suit most people’s needs.
Went out to an 80’s bar last night with a few friends and ended up staying until closing time. As a result I’m feeling a little “under the weather” today. The bar is pretty cool…they have a big screen TV that they play videos on while the song is playing, so you get the feeling that you’re back in the day, listening to some of the music we grew up on. They played some pretty good songs last night, but they also played a lot of garbage I had never heard of. The highlight of the night was when I asked a cutie for her number and got it. To tell you the truth, I don’t think I’ve ever asked for digits before. I also had another first last night…I’ve never tried to tie a cherry stem in a knot with my mouth, but did it on my first try.
