I tried the main Mountain Dew Hard flavor back in August and was not impressed. This weekend I finally opened a can of the Baja Blast and after my first sip I thought it might be ok. Then the aftertaste kicked in. I finished off the can, but am not even going to bother with the other two flavors. This doesn’t even deserve a rating. Save your money and buy other alcohol. Stick to pop if you want Mountain Dew taste.
I’ve been interested in trying out the Hard Mtn Dew ever since I heard about it. Last month we finally saw it on our road trip to Tennessee, so we bought the variety 12 pack with four flavors. Of course I had to try the original first.
It tastes like Mountain Dew Zero Sugar, which is not a good thing. Diet and Zero are nasty. This has 5% alcohol, but I didn’t taste any. I can only give it a 3/10. I hope the other flavors are better, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
My buddy Mo had some zero calorie cocktail mixes made by Be Mixed that he used with LaCroix to make a refreshing Moscow Mule. I’m going to have to order some and definitely try the margarita mix.
Adachi in Birmingham, MI served the best sushi I’ve ever had, especially when shared with my good buddy Mo and finished with an epic sundae.
When in Ohio, you grab some Yuengling, since you can’t buy it in Michigan.
Last night we rented out The Wizarding World of Harry Potter after the park closed. This butterbeer from The Fountain of Fair Fortune in Diagon Alley was delicious! I also went back for a couple of adult beverages (Wizard’s Brew and Dragon Scale) that were tasty as well.
I was so pissed when I took the first drink and realized it was an IPA. Nope, I still haven’t found one I enjoy. Passion Grass tastes like ass!
Notice the label only says “ale,” otherwise there is no way I would have bought these. Now I have five more bottles of this shit to struggle through.
