Meh.

Meh.

This is the entry feed roller I took out of Dad’s Craftsman 351.233831 Planer. Looks like the wood pieces took the name “feed roller” quite literal and were chewing on it! Pretty sure this wasn’t safe, so glad to be replacing it before giving the machine back to him.
I’ve been busy with travel, the truck, and summer, so I haven’t posted any projects or videos lately. Several weeks ago I did mess around with a bathroom fan and heater. Here are some pieces of random video from that process.
I guess we’ve decided to end the Daily Post, so this week is the last photo challenge and the theme is all-time favorites.

I took this photo in 2016 during a road trip up the West coast from L.A. to Seattle. It was a bit chilly and we were disappointed with the fog, but it made for some cool pictures.
Much better than Sprite.

I wired a 9V in series with two AA batteries (1.5V each) to test out the truck‘s dash panel bulbs.

Turns out the bulb holder I tested first was faulty and 9V would have been enough. In fact, three of the nine bulb holders were corroded and unable to provide juice to the light bulbs. That explains why it was so hard to see the gauges at night!
To get by until new parts arrive, I was able to finesse some small pieces of wire in between the bulbs and the holders to get an electrical connection.
Random photos from my recent trip to the Barcelona area.

Two years ago I tried PUMA golf shoes and loved them. I bought a similar pair last year. Here is this year’s new pair of PUMAs.

They are super comfortable walking around the house. I’m curious how good of a grip they’ll get, but imagine it should be good considering the word is in the name of the shoe model.
