After 2.5 years of working from home I’m finally looking at a quality office chair.

Does anyone have a good dumbbell only routine? I’d like to hit arms, shoulders, back, and chest each week.

Feels so good to be back to work and a routine.

Watched Kick-Ass last night. Was not expecting all of the blood for a comedy. Was expecting more laughs.

Won a 32in HDTV in the raffle. Pretty soon I’ll have a TV in every room.

Feeling better today. Up before the sun to drive to Gladwin for a golf scramble to benefit Alzheimer’s.
