Upgrade an Old Extension Cord
My Dad had this old extension cord. When I looked in the female end I could see a lot of corrosion though. It’s a really long cord and from the feel of it, the wiring is high quality, so I didn’t want to trash it.
Easy upgrade. I cut the ends off and replaced them with new ones, which were about $4 each.
Organizing Nails and Staples
I finally organized all of my air gun bullets, even using my original idea of boxes on French cleats. I got these plastic containers for super cheap so I didn’t even have to make my own out of wood. First time using the Dymo label maker I bought, which really helps out too.
What I’ve Been Watching on Netflix
After not watching much most of the summer, I watched quite a bit in the last month.
Luke Cage (Season 2): downhill from season 1. Great soundtrack though.
Orange is the New Black (Season 6): The new prison really shook it up. Enjoyed this season more than the last couple.
The Titan: I was liking it until they made evolution happen overnight. The plot seemed to skip over a long sequence of events after performing some surgeries. Lost me for the rest of the movie.
Set It Up: Fun romcom, which I’m a sucker for.
I might start Altered Carbon next.

I decided to switch over to emoji instead of text for my Chrome Bookmarks Bar folders names.
Reminds me a little of when I used emoji for all of my iOS app groups, back in 2010.
Day at the Beach
There was standing water in every bunker on the course today after getting 4-5+ inches of rain over 3 days.
