Over a decade ago, we all took his greatness for granted because it was the norm. No golfer since has come close to matching it. Tiger seems to be back. Can he return to that greatness? - The quest for 19: Tiger chasing Jack is a real conversation again
Even just matching Jack’s 18 is only 3 away now. It’s real again. Even if TW only ever gets to 18 and matches Jack, I don’t think anyone could then question who the GOAT is.
Allbirds Tree Runners
I’ve been eyeing up a pair of Allbirds for years and pulled the trigger a couple of weeks ago. They really are as comfortable as all of their advertising says.

I couldn’t tell you the last time I had a pair of shoes made to be worn without socks, which is exciting for the summer. I’m curious to see how they go through the wash too.

Masters Sunday with Tiger in the Hunt
Sunday at the Masters is always a special day for golf fans. We get an early start today due to afternoon weather, there is a great leaderboard, and Tiger in the final group.
While walking around Cabela’s with Dad last night this hot sauce caught my eye. Could it be a sign? How about some original Tiger sauce for 18 holes?

Faces in Things: Rotating Drum

A noticed this face in a yard next to #14 tee at Crooked Creek when I played on Sunday. Looks like some king of rotating drum.
The OA: Part 2

Two years ago, I took my time watching The OA. Not so much with Part 2; I got through in about 24 hours. Part 1 left me so confused, and while there are more questions now, I think I have a much better understanding. Of course that probably just means I’m extremely confused. The show is absolutely brilliant.
Do not click the next two links unless you’ve watched every episode because there are a ton of spoilers. These are good reads with ideas about where the future of the show may go.
You Shall Not Pass

In 2011 this bridge was still used by walkers after hitting the tee shot on #15 at Crooked Creek. I don’t remember when, but it was closed within a few years. Now a large chunk of the bridge has broken away during the spring flooding.
