I noticed a few of these signs as I walked around Austin, TX. I figured there had to be a story. Apparently a group of peacocks has lived on the grounds of a neighborhood restaurant for a long time and a couple of years ago a neighbor began to complain when they wandered into his yard. The community flocked together to support the peacocks.
