Inov-8 just released a new shoe designed for CrossFit, the Bare-XF 210. I currently use the F-Lite 230 and really like them, so I ordered the new shoe.

One of the coaches at my box posted about this shoe too; I was seriously considering getting a pair to see if my feet would be more comfortable in them. Are they really more flexible and comfortable?
