1. my ipod froze on me and will not move at all and i just got it!!

2. my 2gb ipod nano just displays the “ok to disconnect” screen but when i plug it in to my pc it changes to the “do not disconnect” screen and is recognised perfectly. what can i do to fix this problem? help me please.

3. When you plug it into the computer it’s supposed to say, “do not disconnect”. You should eject it through iTunes.

12. Hi my ipod nano is frozen on Disk mode with the little check mark on it. I tried to “reset” the ipod by toggling the hold switch and holding the menu button down for 10+ seconds but nothing seems to be working. I don’t even know how it got in disk mode! Please help! thank you so much!

19. From all of the messages and questions above it would seem that the IPOD Nano is the biggest piece of rubbish to ever be shipped to consumers. I was going to buy one, but after reading this lot, I think I will buy an Iriver instead.
