  9. my ipod nano is in lock mode and i have no idea what to do i think ive tried everything its not on hold, and none of the buttons will work.. it doesnt even turn on unless i plug it into my computer and the buttons wont work the screen just turns on HELP ME PLEASE!!!

  12. im trying to put more songs on my ipod nano but when i plug it in it ses its not pluged in and ill buy songs but they ant goin on my nano! so im just reset it! like alll the way take off all the songs and every thing start all over! i dont know if i should do that! so what should i do and how do you do it?

  13. when i TRY to play a song, it immeditaly goes to the next song and then the next and so on. it wont just play a song it keeps goin to the next one until it is at the last one it goes back to the main menu. there is a little symbol on the screen that has two arrows (both pointing right) and they are hooked together but criss-crossed. sorry its not the best discription. but if you could help me that would be great!!! thankss

  14. I see all of the comments asking how to unlock the ipod, but no answers. My 6 year old locked my ipod and I cannot unlock it. HELP!!

    when ur ipod automatically goes to thru the song list and back to menu is because the music wasn’t properly uploaded. ur nano is searching for the next “playable” song. if these aren’t songs that were loaded from itunes or cd’s, you may need to convert before loading on ur ipod. they might play on ur pc, but once on ur ipod they won’t play.

    the criss-cross arrows aren’t related. check ur shuffle settings. pretty sure if u turn shuffle OFF it will get rid of the arrows. i changed my shuffle settings thinking it would shuffle within my playlists and noticed the arrows.
