After a week out in Philly and a 3 day golf trip, life will be back to normal for me. I had a great time on both trips and was sad to see them end. Tomorrow it’s back to work and the daily grind.

I won a few side bets on the golf trip (two long drive bets with Dad were the highlight) and placed in a couple of the events, but didn’t shoot as well as I would have liked. I’ve found out that I can hit the ball a lot further than I had thought, even with my slice. If I can eliminate the slice I’ll have driving distance like the pros. The trip consisted of a lot of laughs, good company, and a little bit of golf. As we say during the Hackers/Whackers McDuff Open, “We are not here for a long time, just a good time!”

After 108 holes of golf in 3 days, I’m whooped. Being out in the sun for 10 hours a day really does a number on you. My face looked like a tomato yesterday, but seems to have cooled off a bit today.
