in my school if you get 10 abscences in a class or more, you lose credit and have to write an appeal to ge tit back. every lunch i go to my friends house and i keep getting back to school late cuz some fool old man was going 25 in the 5 zone. at first i was like wow why does this happen to me so much? but then i noticed….it happenes literally EVERY DAY. either that or i get stuck behind a dumptruck. awesome. and im just waiting for the time when its icy and some fool pulls out of the resting home (which is on the way back to school) and brakes and i hit him

My dad was a driving instructor and he always said his best learner was a woman in her 60s. She ended up not just passing her test first time, but passed the advanced test and also took the HGV test and passed it. My dad always said the only bad drivers were the ones who thought they were good, not the ones who knew there was always something to learn.
Statistics show that the worst drivers are young people and sadly a lot of the deaths on the roads are people in their teens, in accidents caused by themsleves or other teen drivers. A 17-year-old neighbour of mine died when she drove her car into a tree while texting. An ex-pupil of mine died when his mototbike left the road. Four young lads living in the next town died on their way home from a club about 6 months ago. I’m sure these young people thought they were good drivers and loved speed, but unfortunately thinking something doesn’t make it true.
I’m sure this post will be laughed at or ignored, but if even one person – young or old – reads it and stops to think about the number of people, especially young people, killed on our roads, it will have been worth it.
Oh! and just remember one thing: you’ll all be old one day, unless of course you prefer the alternative … Life is wonderful and gets better every year – try and stay alive long enough to find out how true this is. Nothing like being older and having lots of money to buy yourself the best car on the market, just so you can annoy the young and make them green with envy! Great fun! lol

you guys are retarded 60 isn’t that old, I’m 19 my grandparents are 63-65 and they don’t even look old or act old. my grandpa plays basketball every Saturday and works my grandmother is pretty active and they don’t show any signs of being old nor do they act it. I think people start losing it around the ages of 75-80s that’s the people I see with the problems on the road not people in there 60s. I think people of the ages 75 have to go down to the dmv and retake a couple test to make sure there good enough to drive.

that is wrong! they should keep the driving age at 16 but when it comes to elder people then we should take there license away around 60+
