Poker Chip Tricks Tutorial

When I was learning how to do tricks with my poker chips, I had a hard time finding information on the different tricks. In order to help others in the future, I’ve created a page with explanations and videos for the tricks that I know how to do. The tricks are:

  • Chip Flip (Front to Back)
  • Knuckle Roll

  7. This is a great insturctional site and the videos are great. If there was a way to put the videos in slow motion, or if you added clips in slow motion, it would help me a lot with every detail (especially on the chip twirl). 😎

  12. I’ve tried to get that one, but I don’t have a very good surface to practice it on. It’s on my list for the new site though. I’ll keep working at it.

  13. the other day i saw one of the videos of Dutch Boyd doing the chip roll and found some simple directions, i’ve gotten a lot better at it and i’ve figured out its all about how u position ur fingers (especially the pinky) because dropping the chips is easy

  14. you have trouble with the chip shuffle because your thumb is in the wrong place.your index finger and middle finger should be evenly spaced on the front stack of chips and your ring finger and your pinky finger should be on the back stack of chips. your thumb should be opposite to your ring finger on the back stack of chips. your thumb is used to lift the chips up and your other fingers push the chips together. I can shuffle up to ten chips on each side using this technique
