When I was learning how to do tricks with my poker chips, I had a hard time finding information on the different tricks. In order to help others in the future, I’ve created a page with explanations and videos for the tricks that I know how to do. The tricks are:
- Chip Flip (Front to Back)
- Knuckle Roll
- Chip Twirl
- Shuffle
This site is very helpful…because of you and like 2 hours of straight watching your videos while I mess around with about 5-8 or so of my clay chips (a home set for myself and roomies in college) I’ve learned a lot. I can do everything that I had trouble with before a little bit better. Thanks for posting the videos too, luckily for me I have DIVx. I see some peeps don’t.

This site is extremely helpful. I’ve been trying for some weeks now on my own to do the chip shuffle and everything else. Now that I have read your info and watched your tutorials i’ve been doing chip tricks at a poker table without even noticing it.
Thanks.

Awesome website, and FREE !! π I can’t believe people actually:lol: say “you’re doing it wrong”. Gee, can’t wait till I can do it wrong ! Sure, there are other ways to perform some of the tricks, but isn’t that what makes the different styles a bonus for those of us that want to learn them ? Just find out which way works best for you.
You’re videos are by far the best I’ve seen. Thanks for offering this site and shame on any of those that come here and complain.

Thanks for the link Ian. I can actually do the pickup, but in what I think is a much easier way. I’ll be reshooting the videos soon and will include my variation of the trick. I’m also working on another trick that I plan to include, but I can’t quite figure out how it’s done.

much thanks,
i didnt think i was going to be able to pull off the twirl but now it is my best trick. i use my ring finger as the bottom pivot so i can use my pinky &middle to twirl & then guide back up… works quite well for me…
the shuffle is hard for me to use more than 2 stacks of 4, but im getting there.
-thnx!

Hey those are some pretty decent tricks! My friend and I are building our own table, and we just bought some nice chips off of Ebay. We’re interested in the one where the middle chip falls out, spins, and is inserted back up! Nice tricks, nice clean site, easy to read, understand and view (the movies)!

After watching poker on ESPN me and my dad wonderd how they did those tricks with the chip, and we just happen to have some chips to play with… I figured out how to do the poker shuffle by myself, but I do it differantly. I hold the left stack with my index and middle finger and the right with my ring and pinky finger, then I use my thumb to lift the chip stack for the shuffle… I find it easier than your method, but thats just me! Love you site!

this site is great…. the shuffle was so hard until you explained really to only push with the thumb and pinky…. I got it the first time that way and moved on to 4 correctly withing one minute. the videos are also really good. Thnx alot

Fantastic website with great explanations. I got one more variation for your shuffle. It really helps on larger stacks >6 in each stack. Place each stack in east-west positions. Thumb on the west stack’s end, index in the middle of the stacks and the middle and ring figure on the east stack’s end. Using your index figure to move the chips up and pushing in with your thumb and middle figure together. If you need a movie I can make one. But this is a great site and keep up the good work.

But i started playing poker beging of my junior year in high school so about 8 months ago i’ve gotten alot better and these tricks make my oppentents get very scard and i have one many huge tournaments. i can shuffle 8 on each side which is pretty cool and im getting to perfection on the other too thanks ALOT this site has been very awsome
