    • A surfing adventure would be fun, but nothing is planned. I do hear they have good surfing in Mexico where I’ll be in the middle of January though.

      Burpees are used a lot in CrossFit because they are a functional movement and work a lot of different parts of the body. They are also a great cardio movement.

      • Burpees suck! They are probably my least favorite exercise and they always have us do them in my classes too! Uggh…you will be sore!

        • I don’t mind them. The combination of a big set of lunges, and then the burpee + box jump combo was pretty brutal though. I really had to explode to make sure I made it up on the box each jump because my quads were on fire.
